2001 RM250 - Full Rebuild

01 RM250 that I rebuilt from the ground up. It’s really clean and it is almost finished I just don’t have time or money to spend on it and need to move it. Build list: - All chassis bearings replaced - Full engine rebuild and all parts cleaned and or blasted - All engine bolts and main chassis bolts replaced - New wheels (spokes and rims) and blasted hubs and replaced bearings - New tires - New plastics - New seat cover - New cables and throttle housing/ throttle tube - PT Evo Carmichael Bars - New fuel petcock - Carb cleaned and rebuilt - New VForce reed valve - New Pro circuit silencer - Pro circuit platinum pipe I refinished as a raw works pipe as they don’t make a raw pipe for 01-03 anymore. - Kickstart spring and bearing replaced - New Sprockets - Lightspeed carbon skidplate - Lightspeed carbon front rotor guard - Black universal triple clamps - New brake rotors (front oversized) - New oversized foot pegs ( old school pegs were sketchy small) - I haven’t rebuilt the suspension but I have all the parts and new race tech springs - I haven’t rebuilt the brakes but have rebuild kits for calipers and master cylinders and new steel braided lines I think that is it but I probably have some other random parts I’m forgetting.
