Bike runs, rides, and stops great! Engine starts first kick, idles great, and shifts through gears smoothly. Factory suspension setup both front and rear, seals and bushings are in good shape and chassis is tight. Engine was recently completely rebuilt (top and bottom end) and the transmission was upgraded with a Takegawa 4-Speed Shift Drum ($95). Tires have good tread both front and rear. Chassis was slightly upgraded to accommodate a taller rider with a ProTaper “XR50 Bend” Tall Bar Kit ($250), ProCycle Tall Gripper Seat ($60), and SpeedZone Black Plastics ($40). Carburator was recently cleaned in a ultrasonic cleaner and is still the original OEM unit. When rebuilt, original rings were re-used “in a pinch” and will need replacement soon. Bike still starts first kick always and runs/rides perfect. Compression is still very healthy, just simply smokes a good bit (oil burning). $1,200 or trades
