2005 KX 250

This a guaranteed to be the cleanest KX250 available in the US. There is 0.8 hours on the bike since it was finished. It has been sitting inside my gym for the last 2.5 years and it’s time to move on. Took it out of the house this morning 10/12/2025 to start it Below is a summary of the build. - Full restoration. - The motor is rebuilt with all new OEM parts, stock bore. The transmission was shot peened and tumble polished by Trik Engineering, the cylinder was ported and polished by Millennium Technologies. The motor was assembled by King Cycle Works in Conroe Tx. - The suspension was coated with anodized upper tubes and fork lugs. The lower tubes are coated Ti Nitride in green .
