BOTH SHAFTS AND ALL GEARS COME AS PICTURED OUT OF A SMOOTH SHIFTING MOTOR. LAST 2 GEARS ON THE SMALL SHAFT SHOW SOME WEAR (SEE PICTURES). COUNTSHAFT HAS GOOD SPLINES FOR THE SPROCKET. MAIN SHAFT ALSO HAS GOOD THREAD AND NUT.
