IT COMES AS PICTURED, RIM SPINS NICE AND STRAIGHT WITH NO BENDS, NO DENTS AND NO CRACKS. ALL OF THE SPOKES ARE THERE AND TIGHT. HUB LOOKS NICE WITH NO CRACKS AND NO DAMAGE. TIRE AND TUBE WILL NEED REPLACED. BRAKE ROTOR SPINS NICE AND STRAIGHT WITH LITTLE WEAR.
