In ok condition with normal wear. Does have some creasing on the outer corner, and the bottom and a few of the pages. There is a rip on the front cover, please see pics for details! Has some scratches and wear on the covers. May have some marks on the pages from use, grease, fingerprints etc. please see all pics! Message with any questions!
