RecycleMotors707Your Satisfaction is my TOP Priority!DESCRIPTION: This is a used set of 48mm Open Chamber forks from a 2011 KTM 530 EXC. These are the best stock forks WP has made in my opinion. I run these cartridges in my 2021 forks. This should fit most two and four stroke single cylinder full size KTM's with chains on the left side from 2003-2015. There are a few models that these would work for even later. This should fit several Husqvarna models as well , but fitment must be verified. For fitment, keep in mind these use 26mm front axle and the point where the fit in the triples is 54mm for the top and 60mm for the bottom. You can run these on 2016+ bikes with 26mm axle, and 26mm axle spacers (your wheel, bearings, and seals would all work). They'll work with 14mm, 18mm, 20mm, or 22mm offset triple clamps. I'm happy to help you figure out fit for your KTM. I have test fit and run all sorts of suspension combinations to figure out what I liked and to figure out what interchanges. Please message me if you're not sure about fit, I'm happy to help and it'll avoid the bummer of returning a part that doesn't work for you.I accept returns for any reason. All your risking is the shipping cost to give them a try. (shipping cost can add up with to and from, so lets make sure they fit). I will ship these anywhere, contact me if shipping cost doesn't show up for your location. Condition - Good used set of forks. I keep new seals, bushings, and fluid on the shelf to service forks before listing, but in this case since the WP seals didn't leak and the bushings feel great, but the fluid looked old, I decided to only replace the fluid. If seals don't leak, I much prefer the feel of broken in seals, so I left them. The spring rate is .44 and oil height was set to 110mm air chamber. All the clickers were checked, they didn't leak and they work correctly. I bench cycled these several times, they don't leak in my testing. Threads for the fork guards are good. The chrome looks good, I don't see any dings, chips, or dents but I do see a few scratches. No issues with the chrome that would concern me. One of the plastic reboud clickers has a crack, but it's not bad enough to warrant replacement. Please review the pics and assess the condition for yourself as well, see in pics.This is my favorite generation of stock WP forks, those that came on 2010-2016 non six-days EXC, XCW, XCFW. These are easy to service, they're durable, and they're good for both slow speed technical riding and higher speed riding with just some clicks of the clickers. I built a set of forks with these cartridges to run on 2016+ KTM's. Some guys prefer closed cartridge forks, but since I don't ride on MX tracks, I don't.
