Optimally tuned steering stem stiffness

Retaining the correct amount of flex: working with advanced modeling software and in collaboration with the WP factory, the PowerParts triple clamps have the correct amount of material removed to maintain the correct amount of flex in the forks.
This means that you get the strength and durability of CNC aluminum, without adversely affecting the suspension feel.
All KTM SXS triple clamps are supplied with the steering stem and with the steering head bearing already pressed on.
The triple clamp offset is the distance between the horizontal center line of both fork tubes and the center of the steering axis, by which the fork tubes are offset from the steering axis (referred to as dimension X). The selected offset can be seen at a glance thanks to the marking on the triple clamp.
Offset setting options:
Shorter offset: stability on fast straights
Longer offset: simpler and swifter steering into corners
