Signed and given to me by Marty Smith on February 10, 1979 at the second night of racing in the Seattle Kingdome (they used to race 2 nights in several cities). JT Racing custom made these for the factory Honda rider. These are the pants Marty wore in round 1 (Oakland) and round 2 (Seattle 1st night) that year. I brought them home from the race and put them away in a box. Now, 46 years later (wow!), I don't have any children or relatives that are into motocross, so it seems best to let another enthusiast have them. This is the 5th anniversary of his passing and I hope these will help keep the memory of his legendary racing, and genuine appreciation for his fans, alive. (note: 46 years has faded his signature, it is visible below the JT Racing logo on the right thigh)
