RecycleMotors707Your Satisfaction is my TOP Priority!DESCRIPTION: This is a good used 95mm cylinder from a 2016 KTM 500 EXC with 153 hours. This will fit 2012-2016 KTM and Husqvarna 500, and 501. This can be used to convert some 450's to 500 or 501 but you also need a piston, crankshaft, and timing chain for the conversion (maybe a cam too, although either would work). This does not fit 2017+. Please use the part number or message me to verify fit. This came from a great running bike. Although I didn't measure the cylinder, I did check the piston skirt clearance in several spots throughout the stroke and I measured 0.002 to 0.003 thousandths of an inch. The ring end gap measured .35mm and .40mm for oil and compression (well within spec) I decided to keep the piston and rings as a spare for myself, but the bore is obviously excellent. This bike used no oil between changes. Please review the pics and assess the condition for yourself as well, see in pics.. * I think it might be possible to run this cylinder on a 530 to change the cam chain tensioner to this ratchet style. I know the head and base gaskets are the same. I know the cam chains are the same, so the cylinder height should be the same. I know the piston is the same. I have not had a 530 apart at the same time to verify though. I would want to look at the cylinder head oiling path since this style cylinder doesn't use a hydraulic tensioner. If anyone within the USA wants to try this, I'd be willing to split the shipping cost to give it a try. (In the case of it not working, I'll cover outgoing shipping, you cover return shipping) I will throw in a tensioner, used gasket, and bolts if I have one available (I usually do)
Please verify fitment. (The Parts Compatibility List, if provided, and the title, may contain fitment errors and/or exceptions) RETURNS: Returns are accepted for any reason. All shipping costs will be covered by me if I make an error. Returns for other reasons are subject to shipping costs. FEEDBACK & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: I strive for PERFECT feedback, please take a moment to understand the feedback system and the consequences of leaving anything but perfect feedback for a seller.
