Description
TB Parts PE28 carb kit for Kawasaki KLX140. CNC billet aluminum intake manifold, hard anodized black with the TBparts logo. Port matched for the stock head and made for use with the PE28 carb. The bike will pick up power everywhere! This manifold kit does not reuse the stock air box/tube. For KLX140s equipped with a big bore kit or stroker crank!
Nibbi stepped up the PE28 carb game! Starting with looks, they come hard anodized black. This helps with corrosion resistance, wear resistance, insulation, heat resistance and hardness/strength of the carburetor. The lightweight hardware is also anodized. For performance the entire air passage from the intake bell to spigot is polished, you feel the difference! Another huge benefit is the splash guard. It keeps the engine operating smooth under bumpy riding. Making them an AMAZING value overall!

Installation Notes:
- New Choke lever position is much harder to reach compared to OEM, New Fuel Line not included
- Base tune Pilot jet #38 , Main Jet #120 Make sure the air fuel screw is 1.5 turns out from bottom before you start tuning.
