TB parts adjustable rear shock for the Kawasaki KLX140! We worked with DNM to make a rear shock geared toward racing on a MX track! Firs, this shock uses a heavy 450# spring. This gives you the base to stiffen up your suspension and push it harder and farther! Next is the adjustability to the compression and rebound. This works much better than the OEM shock and allows you to dial the shock in to your exact preferences and needs with just a few clicks. The stroke of this shock is also longer (At least 14mm from what we measured) giving you more travel at the rear wheel!
Once installed, your KLX140 will be much better suited for MX applications. This will work with all models, but we recommend you at least have HD fork springs if you use this rear shock (Front fork Springs are very soft). This rear shock offers huge value and performance compared to an OEM KLX140L shock that goes for $350+ !
Key Features & Specifications:
Installation Note – Please inspect your OEM shock bolts, linkage bolts, and bushings/bearings. If they are worn or bent your suspension will not function properly and it will cause excessive wear. Also be sure all linkage bolts stay torqued to spec. These are common issues we see that can easily be avoided, they ensure a smooth feel and long life out of your rear shock.
