This is a reproduction gas tank for the K3-78 Z50. The quality of the tank is very good and they look very nice, however the paint quality is not that of an OEM Honda tank and slight imperfections are possible. They are a very nice alternative to the way more expensive discontinued Honda tanks for those who aren’t restoring their Z50's. This also comes with a gas cap more like the original one (not a locking gas cap like some others include with similar tanks) and a petcock. Also, unlike similar aftermarket tanks on the market, we have our front mounts welded in the correct location so the tank is positioned correctly. This tank fits and works very well! 

Note: Regarding the paint on the Z50 K3-78 gas tanks, side covers, and forks we sell, they are all painted at different times so its possible they won’t be a perfect match and could be a shade or two off from one another. They will be close though and once mounted on the Z50, the differences will be barely noticeable, if noticeable at all. These parts are very affordable and an easy and quick way to make a rider look great.
