IT COMES AS PICTURED IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE. SEAT COVER HAS A FEW SMALL FLAWS HERE AND THERE. SEAT BASE HAS NO CRACKS. HAS BOTH MOUNTING BRACKETS BUT WITH SOME PLAY.
