THEY COME AS PICTURED IN GOOD CONDITION. BOTH COMPRESS AND REBOUND NICELY WITH NO LEAKS. RUBBER BOOTS HAVE A FEW SMALL HOLES. CHROME UPPER TUBES LOOK GOOD WITH NO RUST.
