Overall the swing arm seems fine. The seller did not respond to my question asking if the chain tensioning bolts turned freely, but I ended up buying anyways due to the low price. Swing arm came in today and what do you know, chain tensioning bolts are both stuck, can't get more than two turns in either direction. Not a huge deal, but not in "good working condition" as described and will take extra work to get the bolts out without damaging the aluminum. Packaging was also lacking, literally the swing arm thrown in box that was way too big with no packing material to keep it from bouncing around in the box. Giving 3 stars solely because it was priced 1/3 of comparable (though probably no stuck bolts) listing's.
